- Customers may exchange the damaged or defective product for another item of the same value or higher. If the chosen replacement item has a higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
3. Return Procedure:

- Provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective product to assist in our assessment.
- Once the return is authorized by our team, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
